Peak Performers Alliance

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This policy describes how Peak Performers Alliance Inc. handles information collected through this website. It does not replace the separate privacy notices of third-party services or applications linked from this website.

Information we collect

Our contact form collects your name, email address, message, and, if you choose to provide them, phone number and business name. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, confidential customer records, or sensitive personal information in your message. Website hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs, timestamps, and error logs to operate and protect the site.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, understand your business needs, discuss requested services, keep records of correspondence, and prevent misuse. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps requested before a potential contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, applicable legal obligations, and consent for optional analytics.

Contact forms, email, and service providers

Contact submissions are stored in our website database and sent through our notification provider to our business inbox. Email correspondence is handled through Google Workspace. Our website hosting, database, notification, and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and security. We do not use the contact form to enroll you in advertising audiences.

Optional Google Analytics 4 and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only after you select “Accept analytics.” It helps us understand visits, page use, successful inquiries, Brand Scorecard clicks, and TRAIN app clicks. Google may process cookie identifiers, device and browser information, page paths, and interaction data. We do not send the names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, or message contents entered in the contact form to GA4.

Before consent, this website does not load its GA4 tag. “Reject analytics” leaves optional analytics disabled without preventing access to content or the contact form. Your choice is stored in your browser using local storage. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future site analytics and attempts to clear this site's GA cookies; it does not automatically delete previously collected data from Google's systems. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected by keeping site analytics disabled.

Necessary hosting, security, administrator sign-in, and preference technologies may still operate. Linked applications have their own cookies and policies. For Google's processing, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Retention

Inquiry and correspondence records are retained according to the purpose of the inquiry, any ongoing client relationship, legal recordkeeping needs, and the resolution of disputes. The contact database does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule; records require review and manual deletion. Email retention follows our mailbox administration and legal obligations. GA4 retention is controlled in the analytics property's settings. Contact us for the current applicable period or to request deletion. Browser consent preferences remain until changed or browser storage is cleared; GA cookies have their own expiry settings.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. California residents may have additional rights concerning disclosure and use of personal information where the relevant law applies. We will assess requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity. We do not charge or discriminate against you merely for exercising an applicable privacy right. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Transfers and security

Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Applicable protections depend on the provider, contract, and relevant law. We use access controls and hosted services to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children and changes to this policy

This website offers business services and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We may update this policy as our services or practices change; the updated date appears above.

Contact and privacy requests

Email [email protected] or use our contact form. Please identify your request as a privacy request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records.
