Peak Performers Alliance

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

These terms govern use of the Peak Performers Alliance Inc. website. By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. A separate signed service agreement or application-specific agreement controls paid services where it differs from these website terms.

Our services and information

We provide information about AI Chat Visibility, Brand Calculus brand-health assessments, and The TRAIN Method sales practice. Website content is general educational and business information, not individualized legal, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Web3 and crypto references do not constitute investment recommendations.

No guaranteed outcomes

“Market domination” describes a strategic ambition, not a promised result. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI-platform recommendations or citations, market share, traffic, revenue, sales conversions, diagnostic outcomes, or improvements in employee performance. Results depend on implementation, market conditions, platform changes, data quality, and other factors outside our control. AI-generated feedback can be incomplete or inaccurate and requires human judgment.

Proposals, fees, and cancellation

Submitting an inquiry does not create a paid engagement or reserve an appointment. Scope, fees, payment dates, deliverables, cancellation, and any refund rights for an engagement will be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement before purchase. Free resources do not create an obligation to buy a paid service. Separate applications may require accounts and have their own terms.

Acceptable use and your submissions

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, send spam, impersonate others, or submit material that infringes another person's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you provide and for having permission to share it. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information through the public contact form.

Intellectual property

Our branding, original website materials, and service content belong to Peak Performers Alliance or their respective licensors. You may view the website and share links for lawful purposes. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit you to resell, misrepresent, or reproduce substantial portions of our materials without permission or another legal basis. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Ownership and licenses for commissioned work are governed by the applicable service agreement.

Third-party services

Links may lead to services with separate operators, account requirements, policies, prices, and availability. We do not control third-party search or AI platforms and cannot require them to index, mention, recommend, or accurately describe any business. Review third-party terms before using their services.

Availability, warranties, and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, website content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We may correct or update information and suspend access when necessary for maintenance or security.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Performers Alliance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of this website, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including applicable consumer protections. Liability for paid services is addressed in the governing service agreement.

Privacy, updates, and questions

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and analytics choices. We may revise these terms; the current version and update date are shown on this page. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
